    Nice Little Handbag. Terrible Strap.

    "The little handbag is nice and convenient to carry while shopping especially at the grocery store. I really like the credit card slots. No wallet is needed. However I have a big issue with the crossbody strap. I needed to have the strap shorter. I spent 1 hour taking the strap apart so it could be raised. I spent another hour trying to attach the strap. By then I was so frustrated and my fingers were so sore, I took the handbag and strap to a shoe repair shop and the owner adjusted the strap for me. The video that I watched is very deceiving. I’ll never buy another Crossbody Handbag with a strap like this one."
