RETURN POLICY

ONLINE ORDERS RETURN POLICY

All full priced, unworn merchandise may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund to the original form of payment. Final sale items are not eligible for return. Please note that all engraved and embossed items are final sale, and cannot be returned. You can process your return here: Returns.

Please note that we are unable to provide prepaid international return shipping labels, and any return fees would be at the expense of the customer. The original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Purchases made as of November 1, 2024 can be returned up until January 15, 2025 and refunded to the original form of payment. If for any reason the original form of payment cannot be refunded, a Brahmin eCertificate will be issued to the purchaser.

The factory will be closed for the Holidays from December 25 through January 5, returning January 6, 2025. During this time our returns department will be closed and refunds will resume the week of January 6th.
