DOES BRAHMIN OFFER REPAIRS?

Yes, we offer repairs.  Please contact Customer Service to see if your item is eligible.  A proof of purchase from an authorized retail partner and images will be required

WHAT DOES THE BRAHMIN WARRANTY COVER?

Our warranty covers products purchased within a two-year period.  Please contact Customer Service to determine if your product is eligible.  A valid sales receipt from an authorized retail partner must be included to show your product was purchased within the warranty period.  Clear, well-lit photos will also be required.

A few other points to note:

 - Warranty covers manufacturing defects only

 - No Off Price, Reseller or Final Sale product 

 - We do not clean or repair handbag interiors

 - US based customers only

 - Repairs not covered by manufacturers warranty will be subject to fees 

 - Color transfer is not covered

 - Overall handbag must be reasonably clean for sanitary purposes

 - Customer pays cost to ship in, we cover return ship cost

Once your product is received and inspected, if a manufacturer’s defect is found, we will repair or replace your product with the same style if available or a style of equal value based on the purchase price stated on the receipt.

Brahmin reserves the right to exclude any damage caused by negligence and/or normal wear and tear. We do not guarantee or warranty any item purchased through a third-party unauthorized dealer.

DO YOU OFFER REFURBISHMENT?

We're happy to accept most Brahmin handbags and accessories for refurbishing services.  Please contact Customer Service to determine if your item is eligible.  We do require the inside lining of any used item to be reasonably clean in order to refurbish. Depending on the condition of the used item, it may be beyond the refurbishment process, in which case the item will be returned to you as is. Please follow repair instructions to send your bag in for refurbishment. For instructions on how to send your bag in for refurbishment, please contact Customer Service. Please note: There will be a nominal fee of $40 provided that the item is in fact repairable. Once our team receives and assesses your item, you will be contacted with our recommendations.
