    "Overall, a good bag. I like the size. It's not too small and not too large. The zipper is a little irritating on your hands when you reach into the bag. I have used it for 6 months and the leather loop that you attach the strap to came undone and the bag fell to the ground. Customer service was great. They responded to my inquiry the first day I contacted them and had me ship the bag in for repair. The customer is responsible for shipping charges so that was disappointing, but they cover the repair and shipping it back to you."

    "This is perfect for all the items I need plus a few that I want with me daily. Great to add my flip-top phone and a few pens, plus emergency asthma inhaler and whatever meds I need while I'm out. The front pocket w/ flap is too tight to use, but the slip pocket on the other side is great for quick access to a pen and my calendar. It's this season's favorite purse."
