"So thrilled with my Katie Expression bag. When I opened the box my whole room smelked of fresh leather. Wonderful. My favorite feature is the pen pocket. I always scramble around trying to find a pen and sometimes break a nail in the ptocess. Not so with this fabulous Katie bag. I grab my pen in 2 seconds...so easy. The big deep outside pocket has a strong magnet in the center for extra security. My phone fits oerfectly. There is lots of room in this slim bodied bag for the Cordelia wallet. I get a compliment every time I wear my bag. I am an artist and the pattern is like an abstract painting. I wear it to all my art events!! Love it."

Would've been great if they actually shipped it
"Ordered a few days before Christmas. Paid $30 extra for overnight shipping. No notice, no communication, until I called in a panic on Dec 24th. "Looks like we never shipped it - I don't know why." Not the CSR's fault - he was nice, but had nothing to offer but a Christmas Eve refund. He told me there was fine print about Christmas deliveries only guaranteed until the 21st, but then I'm wondering why I was allowed to pay for "overnight" shipping. Take that option off the page on days it's not guaranteed. I ended up buying an e-card version, but I needed the CSR's help even finding that on the web site. My wife loves her always-growing collection of this brand, but this experience was terrible from an otherwise premium provider."
