    "Ordered bag as a Christmas gift on 12/14/2025 with a guaranteed delivery date on 12/19/2025 and updated to 12/22/2025 and 12/24/2025 (between 3:00 PM-7:00 PM). However, I did not receive my the package until 12/29/2025. I had to purchase another purse on Christmas Eve. With all of this said, I will never, ever shop at this retailer or brand again."

    Could’ve been better

    "I was very excited about this bag. It is cute, pink, and even shiny. There was a lot to like aesthetically, but in practice the bag is just lackluster. I barely have enough room for anything and if the practicality was really contemplated about while in the design process, then I would imagine there to be at the very least an outside pocket to slide your phone into. Actually, that’s all I would need to really like the bag. Perhaps that extra space and aspect should be considered for the future."
