"purse given as gift for birthday. love the purse, but it has flawed after a couple of months of wear with not even using it every day. this is big disappointment considering the cost and Brand name. do you offer discount because of situations like this. the purse was not immediately used either so it is a very short span of usage and it is tearing up.
