Had to use a KNIFE!
"Do not buy this bag. They claim it is adjustable but after struggling for 45 minutes I had to use a knife to get the knob out of the hole to shorten the strap. I had to use a knife on the hole I was adjusting it to, as well. I looked at the FAQs and it said you might have to pry it the knob out to adjust it. So, a $200+ bag requires prying and a knife? Common sense would tell Brahmin that a hole should not be half the size of the thing passing through it. One and done with Brahmin."

Sunflare Orange - too bright
"I love the Katie bag (already have 2), but the color of the Sunflare orange is just too bright. . . . almost like a fluorescent - you would be seen coming from a long way! I was hoping for a deeper orange, this one is more creamsicle. The bag itself is great. Holds phone, wallet, glasses, pen, etc and strap is adjustable. It works well as shoulder bag or crossbody. I only gave this one a 4 because of the color."
