"I am giving 2 stars because of the prompt customer service in addressing my issue. The Brooke Black Seagate strap has broken or unattached from the handle twice. The bag is barely a few months old, so they decided not to try to repair it a second time and will be replacing the bag. I hope it was just “that” bag and not the entire collection because I do love the large clear bag! DB has one but not as large as the Seagate!"
