"Ordered the salsa color and was so happy to open for Mother’s Day. The bag was crammed into a box bending the corner and with an ashy gray appearance as if it needed to be conditioned, which is unacceptable as a new purchase. customer service only offered a return label and told to repurchase once a refund was issued. No courtesy for them sending a defective and damaged bag. As an owner of many, this will likely be my last purchase."
