At Brahmin, giving back is at the heart of what we do. Since 2021, we’ve been honored to partner with Dress for Success Boston on Giving Tuesday, a Global Day of Generosity and community impact. This year, we are thrilled to continue this meaningful partnership—all thanks to your incredible support.
Our Commitment to Giving
As part of our Giving Tuesday efforts, Brahmin donates a handbag for every handbag sold. Last year, we proudly donated 213 handbags to Dress for Success Boston, thanks to our amazing community.
These handbags are more than just accessories—they are tools of empowerment, helping women step into the professional world with confidence. This aligns with Dress for Success’s mission to provide professional attire, a network of support, and essential resources for women to thrive.

Our partnership with Dress for Success Boston reflects the core pillars of our B.E.R.G. program (Brahmin Empowerment Resource Group). By supporting their mission to help women achieve economic independence, we’re creating a tangible impact in our community. Together, we’re working to provide women with the skills, resources, and confidence they need to succeed both personally and professionally.
Highlights of Confidence Day
Beyond Giving Tuesday, we were honored to host a Confidence Day event earlier this year. We welcomed students, aged 16 to 25, from Dress for Success Boston to our facilities for a day of learning, inspiration, and empowerment.
Here’s what the day entailed:
- Department Presentations: Each Brahmin department showcased how their roles contribute to the success of our business, giving attendees a firsthand look at the operations behind our brand.
- Factory Tour: A behind-the-scenes experience highlighting the craftsmanship and precision that go into every Brahmin bag.
- Networking Lunch: An opportunity for these future professionals to connect with the Brahmin team, ask questions, and explore diverse career paths.
The day was led by our B.E.R.G. Committee, who guided and mentored attendees, emphasizing the importance of confidence and resilience in navigating their career journeys. It was an inspiring experience for everyone involved.
